The adaptation of the eponymous novel by Agustina Bessa-Luís portrays the relationship between a young writer and her aunt, vibrant characters inspired by real people, living in the northern Portuguese countryside in the mid-20th century.

Eduardo Brito's first film, The Sibyl, is in the official competition of the ArteKino Festival, which runs throughout December on the Internet.

The 47th São Paulo International Film Festival has announced the selection of two films that we are proud to be supporting internationally: THE SIBYL by Eduardo Brito and DIALOGUES AFTER THE END by Tiago Guedes. The festival runs from 19 October to 1 November in the Brazilian metropolis.

SHOOTING BEGINS FOR A SIBILA

The shooting of Eduardo Brito's first feature film "A Sibila" has started in Caminha, northern Portugal.
